Movie Strobe is a fun and simple app thatallows you to take strobe-light movies with a flash-enabled Androiddevice running Android v4.0 or laterJust start Movie Strobe, set your strobe-light speed, turn thelight on (by hitting the star-shaped button), and then hit therecord button. You can even change the strobe speed as you arerecording. (You can also record without the strobe if youwant.)After your movie is recorded, hit the Play button to review anyof the movies you've made with Movie Strobe. Just tap a movie toview it.• Simple controls: Turn the light on, and then move the slidertowards the bunny to make the strobe go faster. Move the slidertowards the turtle to slow it down. Move the slider all the way tothe bunny to make the light stay on without flashing. (Yes, it'salso usable as a simple flashlight.)• Controls are optimized for viewing in the dark. (But they'resuper-easy to see in the daylight too.)• Complete help is built in.
